Gloucestershire CC has sold its South Cerney outdoor education centre to the employment and training provider, Prospects Services Ltd.
The deal secures the future of the site and jobs for the centre's staff, who will both transfer to and invest in the new venture – a limited company with no share capital. Prospects will also set up a centre to promote environmental learning.
