Brighton and Hove City Council is offering landlords and letting agents the chance to sign up to a new accreditation scheme, which rewards good practice.

The Letting Agents Accreditation Scheme aims to improve property standards and make agent's fees more transparent. ‘We want to make sure that finding a place to live is as safe and stress-free as possible, and we want to reward good landlords with recognition,' said housing committee chair, Cllr Liz Wakefield.
