West Lancashire DC has put its corporate performance plan for 2007/8 online, at www.westlancs.gov.uk/ strategies, so residents can find out more about its ambitions for the future. The plans highlight some of the council's key recent achievements, such as its recycling figures, which now stand at 38%, as well as the introduction of cardboard and textile collections.
