Calls for council to rationalise their property portfolios has been welcomed by vice chair of the Local Government Association, Cllr Richard Kemp.
Responding to a Westminster Sustainable Business Forum report, Cllr Kemp said although he didn't agree with all the detail, he broadly welcomed the ‘broad thrust' of the arguments within it.
