Cardiff Community Housing Association has appointed Lovell to provide building repairs and electrical maintenance services for its 2,650 homes.
The four-year contract is worth a total of £5m in turnover and, as part of the deal Lovell will provide training placements for three local apprentices, two plumbers and a carpenter, who will work as part of the contract team.
