Mouchel has won a five-year contract to help Aberdeen City Council overhaul its electronic document and record-management systems. Over the next three years, the company, in partnership with Open Text, will develop programs to train staff and phase in a new document-management system in major service department, starting with human resources, finance and committee services. Duncan Campbell, Mouchel's lead consultant for local government said: ‘Reducing the number of physical files will support the council's move to new corporate headquarters at Marischal College. Our innovative approach to change management will help promote new ways of working across the council.'
