The Public Service Reform Group – a new think-tank on public service reform – has been launched under the chairmanship of Labour peer, Lord Filkin, one of the founders of the New Local Government Network. The director is Ben Lucas, former adviser to Jack Straw and co-founder of public affairs lobbyist, LLM Communications.
