Bill reforms 'could hit major proejcts'

Reforms in the Localism Bill could hit critical finance plans for big council infrastructure projects, civil engineers have warned.

The development of ‘larger than local' strategic infrastructure schemes which sit between the national and neighbourhood level could be compromised, according to the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
