Blackburn with Darwen Council has marked the 10th anniversary of its 15-year strategic partnership with Capita to drive new jobs, regeneration opportunities and cost savings.
Worth £210m, the contract is set to deliver £24m efficiency savings and over £100m regeneration projects for the council including refurbishment of the disused India Mill in Darwen, which is now an award-winning contact centre.
