Mayoral strategic authorities (MSAs) should work with the Government to recruit regional trade envoys to join international missions and encourage investment, experts have urged.
Experts made the call in a report by think-tank Groundwork Research and academics at the University of Birmingham's Commission on Devolution and Diplomacy into how mayoral authorities can attract global investment and tourism.
