Woking BC chief executive, Ray Morgan, has described a petition to oust him from his post as' regrettable'. The petition has been launched by Michael Osman, founder of the UK Community Issues Party, who claimed Mr Morgan had made several costly errors the taxpayer would be forced to cover. Mr Morgan told a local newspaper: ‘We live in a democracy and it's important that people have freedom of speech and expression, even if I don't agree with what they're saying.
