Riots 'tsar', Darra Singh has called on the Government to extend the 'Troubled families' programme to a further 500,000 'forgotten families'.

The final report from the Government's riot panel claims rioters came from families which were not covered by the initiative, but instead came from forgotten families which 'bumped along the bottom' of society.
