A new localism-based pilot scheme will allow residents at a London housing estate to tackle crime and anti-social behaviour.

Residents at a London housing estate are to be handed powers to tackle crime and anti-social behaviour through a new localism-based pilot scheme.

Designed by Westminster City Council, the programme will give residents of Churchill Gardens Estate in Pimlico a greater say in shaping their own local services and control over how budgets are spent.
