Suffolk council trading standards officers have saved the lives of 44 cows as part of an ongoing animal welfare investigation. Excessively thin as a result of insufficient grazing, the standards officers worked with vets and a neighbouring farmer to improve their condition before sending them to pastures new, an animal sanctuary in Norwich.
