Trading standards officers at Kent CC joined efforts to recover from last month's earthquake in Folkestone by launching a campaign to warn against rogue traders. The initiative was launched after concerns were raised that unscrupulous traders would try to exploit the situation by offering cash-in-hand work and making claims they had been appointed by the council.
