Rotherham tops PFI

Rotherham MBC's £94m schools transformation project has been handed the best operational education project in the Public Private Finance Awards 2006.

The scheme involves 15 schools and is being delivered through a partnership between Rotherham MBC and Transform Schools (Rotherham) Ltd.
