A Sea Odyssey spectacular came to Liverpool last weekend, with the siren call of great theatre, giant puppets and ocean adventures – and residents didn't even have to leave the city docks.
Liverpool City Council estimates the event raised £12m of submerged treasure for the city's economy and was attended by around half-a-million local stowaways over three days.
