Former Newham LBC chief executive, Joe Duckworth, has warned that time is running out for deprived communities hoping to benefit from the Olympics legacy.

Mr Duckworth, who left Olympic borough Newham in July, warns there is a danger the Olympics will be another Canary Wharf, creating jobs which will not benefit local residents.
