The Country Land and Business Association (CLA) has questioned whether the Localism Bill will create a planning system that will be right for rural areas.

The Country Land and Business Association (CLA) has questioned whether the Localism Bill will create a planning system that will be right for rural areas.

CLA president, William Worsley, said the Government must establish a system that would allow for a ‘fairer, transparent, cost-effective and balanced approach' to planning decisions.
