Lincolnshire CC has announced six firms are all in the running for its property services contract, worth between £6m and £8m a year.

The shortlist includes EC Harris, Interserve (Facilities Management) and VINCI Mouchel, who are all competing for the five-year contract, which will begin in April 2015. ‘We have carefully assessed the initial bids and we're confident that we've chosen companies to go through to the next stage that can best meet our needs,' said executive director for resources, Pete Moore.
