Sale delay after tax premium change

Properties are taking much longer to sell in areas with a large number of second homes as local authorities hike up council tax premiums.

Properties are taking much longer to sell in areas with a large number of second homes as local authorities hike up council tax premiums.

In what may be the first sign that second home owners are selling up rather than paying extra council tax, more properties are appearing on the market in tourist areas.
