Almost seven in 10 people are satisfied with the job their local council is doing, according to a recent telephone survey of 1,000 adults conducted by Populus.

Almost seven in 10 people are satisfied with the job their local council is doing, according to a recent telephone survey of 1,000 adults conducted by Populus.

According to LGinsight, some 67% were happy with their service, a five-point increase from January 2011 when 62% polled their satisfaction.
