Regional frameworks look set to be renewed in the East Midlands by local authority-controlled firm Scape, in deals worth a total of £375m.

Local businesses will be able to bid for minor works of £10k-£2m or intermediate works between £2m and £7.5m when the two East Midlands Property Alliance frameworks expire later this year.
