Warwickshire CC has become the first local authority to buy a standardised school building from regeneration firm, Willmott Dixon, and sector-controlled company, Scape.

Sold at a £2.2m fixed price under the joint-offering's Sunesis brand – which aims to reduce the cost of new schools provision by 30% – the building will add extra capacity at Oakfield School, Rugby.
