Schoolboy locked up A 16-year-old schoolboy has been locked up for six months after fire-bombing Clackmannanshire Council's offices, demanding Scotland be separated from the rest of Britain. Jamie Hoggan was found guilty in June of wilful fire-raising on the council’s Greenfield House in Alloa, using petrol bombs, on 24 August last year. Sheriff David Mackie sentenced him to six months’ custody at a young offenders’ institution.
