Scotland needs more affordable homes to rent, according to the chair of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) in Scotland, John Mills. Speaking at this week's CIH Scotland conference, Mr Mills said the country needs at least 30,000 more affordable homes to rent over the next three years.
