The Clyde Valley Partnership, which comprises West Dunbartonshire, East Dunbartonshire, Inverclyde, East Renfrewshire, Renfrewshire, North Lanarkshire and Glasgow City councils, has published a detailed business case for sharing support services across all the local authorities.
