Whitehall's decision to send revised reorganisation feedback letters has stoked sector frustration.

The Ministry for Housing Communities and Local Government sent a number of councils in Devolution Priority Programme areas revised feedback letters on their reorganisation proposals last Wednesday despite having only sent the initial response five days before.
