Local authorities stand to gain compensation from an anti-competition lawsuit being brought against a firm that allegedly overcharged.
The Motorola-owned Airwave Network, which runs a secure mission-critical communications service used by councils, has been accused of overcharging by about £200m per year between January 2020 and July 2023.
