Public sector construction is to experience a sharp decline in the next five years, according to the Construction Skills Network (CSN).
Amid concerns over Britain entering a ‘double-dip recession' after the economy shrunk 0.5% in the last quarter of 2010, forecasts by the CSN show public building will contract 1% this year.
