Sell-off nets Misys' investors £145m windfall

Investors in the IT supplier, Misys, look set to get a £145m windfall, following the sale of healthcare software company, Allscripts-Misys.

Company chief executive, Mike Lawrie, said the firm had already given back £525m of proceeds from the sale to its shareholders.
