APSE's performance networks seminar, Benchmarking: the X factor, will be in Blackpool on 6 and 7 December. The seminar aims to provide an interactive experience for delegates focusing on using performance information in terms of processes, outputs and outcomes. It will also equip members with the tools to build a local performance management framework.
