We are now seeking innovative and entrepreneurial individuals to proactively lead the strategic management of two key functions. These high-profile roles offer an exceptional challenge: to identify new opportunities, drive continuous improvement and deliver what the public want at prices they can afford.

Based in Camberley in Surrey.

You will shape, develop and manage a range of services relating to the built environment including statutory and strategic housing, planning policy and conservation, and development management. Across all of these, you will lead, motivate and support your teams to deliver excellent outcomes as they focus on the needs of customers.

Based in Camberley in Surrey.

Your challenge is to deliver outstanding services across our theatre and museum, leisure, green space and parking provision. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the development of services that meet the changing expectations of our communities, while becoming less reliant on subsidies in the future.

Both of these roles call for confident communicators and decision makers who can influence thinking at the highest level.The ability to build strong business partnerships (both internally and externally) is also essential, coupled with first-rate leadership and strategic planning skills, a commercially focused approach and the vision to inspire positive change.
