The Public Services Ombudsman for Wales has revealed a further rise in complaints against public service providers.
Peter Tyndall, the country's Ombudsman, last week announced a 12% hike in total complaints in 2011/12. The greatest increase in complaints was in the health sector, where official referrals were up by 30%. Mr Tyndall warned that complaints often arise 'where the distinction in delivery between public and private sectors becomes increasingly blurred'.
