Salary scale £46,701 to £49,452

Providing operational and strategic management of the Fostering Service and the Access to Resources Team, you will actively support and increase recruitment of foster carers, as well as prepare the Service for regulatory inspections and manage a considerable budget. Your experience of direct work with children looked after will be supported by proven leadership and budget management skills, together with a good commercial awareness and the ability to build effective partnerships.
