Milton Keynes Council has announced plans to bring staff and services back in-house from its partnership with troubled contractor, Mouchel.

The local authority issued a statement on 17 August, stating it had provisionally agreed proposals for a ‘radical restructuring' of the partnership, which will involve around 700 staff and various services – including revenues and benefits, highways, ICT and property – transferring back to the council.
