Concern has been raised over a Supreme Court decision ruling in favour of Kensington and Chelsea LBC regarding cuts to night-care for an elderly woman.
The London borough won the argument to axe a carer for former ballerina, Elaine McDonald, during the night, saving £22,000 a year, but requiring Ms McDonald to wear incontinence pads.
