Housing minister Grant Shapps has announced new plans to speed up the process of evicting 'neighbours from hell'.
The minister is planning to introduce a new mandatory power for possession, which will enable previous convictions for anti-social behaviour to be taken into account and shorten the existing process that landlords currently have to go through.
