Five west Yorkshire councils have brokered a collaborative legal services agreement, projected to deliver annual £1.6m savings.

Leaders and chief executives from Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield have signed up to a memorandum of understanding to share expertise and resources among their individual legal teams.
