The Sinn Fein representative on the Northern Ireland Local Government Association (NILGA), Cllr Sean McPeake, has taken on the presidency for 2012/13.

In his presidential address, Cllr McPeake, said the sector was facing ‘numerous critical issues', including finance and increased service demands.
