Six councils across Hampshire and West Sussex which joined up to drive down costs to the taxpayer have been handed a national award. The Association of Chief Estate Surveyors and Property Managers in Local Government presented the group, which includes Arun, Chichester and Gosport DCs with the Award for Excellence in Property Management 2006.
