Details of the proposed four ‘Whole place' community budget projects have begun to emerge, after being delivered to ministers last week.
According to the west London tri-borough partnership's bid – sent ahead of the 31 October deadline – Hammersmith and Fulham LBC, Kensington and Chelsea RLBC, and Westminster City Council plan to save a combined £80m a year.
