Ministers have launched the Tenant Training and Support Programme, a scheme giving social housing tenants skills necessary to negotiate with landlords to get better services.
Under the £1.2m project, run by the tenant participatory advisory service, around 5,000 tenants could receive face-to-face training with expert advisers.
