Dennis Skinner is set to return to the Local Government Association (LGA), less than a year after he retired as director of improvement.

Dennis Skinner is set to return to the Local Government Association (LGA), less than a year after he retired as director of improvement.

Returning three days a week until Christmas, Skinner will boost capacity working with No10 North, particularly on grant funding and improvement.
