A 100-bed Premier Inn hotel will be built in Walsall town centre as part of a £50m redevelopment project.
The hotel is the latest in a series of new investments at the town's waterfront, following a joint land agreement between Walsall MBC, Whitbread Urban Splash and the Homes and Communities Agency.
