Design agency Small Back Room has been appointed by Basildon DC to deliver the Basildon town centre local awareness and advertising campaign until March 2009. The campaign will aim to keep the £1bn regeneration of Basildon town centre in the public eye, as the council goes through the official process to procure a development partner.
