Software giant Microsoft has teamed up with 10 councils to launch the shared learning group. The group will be chaired by ~Richard Steel~ head of IT at Newham LBC, and provide a regular forum for members to talk about best practice and develop new ways to improve services. ‘This is not just a talking shop,' said Mr Steel. ‘We are very much focused on delivering specific outcomes and deployable solutions.'
