Southwest One, the controversial joint venture, is to sue Somerset CC over an ongoing dispute over payments.
The partnership between the county council, Taunton Deane BC, Avon and Somerset Police and computer giants IBM, announced last week it would begin legal proceedings against Somerset in order to recover ‘sums due' for procurement services.
