Suffolk CC intends searching for a new chief executive next year. The MJ reported last week that chief executive, Mike More, is leaving in April to become the top officer of Westminster City Council. According to the local press, county chiefs are intent on finding an outstanding successor, but a council spokesman said the recruitment process would not start until next year. Mr More joined Suffolk CC in 1999 and became chief executive in 2002.
