King's Lynn and West Norfolk BC has launched a legal battle against the environment secretary, Caroline Spelman, as the controversy surrounding plans to build a nearby incinerator continue.
The council announced it would seek a judicial review after Ms Spelman gave Norfolk CC £91m in PFI credits towards a scheme to build the incinerator in King's Lynn.
